1. Who we are
Little Dream Builders is run by Endeavour Enterprises, based in Queensland, Australia. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Endeavour Enterprises. You can reach us at support@littledreambuilders.com.
2. Accounts are for grown-ups
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. The person who creates the account is the account holder and is responsible for it.
- You can add kid profiles for children you are the parent or legal guardian of. Children never sign in on their own: you switch into their profile from your account. You are responsible for how the children you add use the app.
- Keep your password private. We offer two-step sign-in and passkeys, and we recommend you turn one on. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.
- Right now new accounts are by invitation while we finish testing. These terms apply to testers too.
3. What the app does
Grown-ups create characters, storybooks and songs that star your family, using artificial intelligence (AI). Everyone in the family can read the books, listen to the songs and play the games. Creating anything with AI is a grown-up job: kid profiles cannot create characters, books or songs and cannot spend paid credits.
4. AI-made content: please review it first
- The words, pictures, narration, songs and 3D models are made automatically by AI. We run safety checks before and after every generation, but AI can still make mistakes, draw something oddly, or say something you would not choose.
- A parent or guardian should always look at and listen to AI-made content before a child does. The app asks you to confirm this before anything is made.
- If something is not right, use the Report button or our report page, and you can delete it at any time.
- Read more on our AI and safety page.
5. What you put in
- You keep any rights you have in what you type, draw or upload (“your input”). You give us permission to store it and to send it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy so we can make what you asked for.
- Only upload pictures you have the right to use. Photos of toys, teddies and drawings work beautifully. If a photo shows a real person, you must be that person or their parent or guardian, or have their permission.
- Do not use the app to try to make anything violent, sexual, hateful, frightening, unlawful, or that bullies or impersonates a real person, and do not try to get around our safety checks. We may refuse a request, remove content, or close an account that does this.
6. What comes out
- The characters, books and songs made for your family are yours to enjoy. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of them, and you may use them for your family's personal, non-commercial purposes (for example sharing a book with grandparents).
- Because they are made by AI, the law may not treat them as protected by copyright, and something similar could be made for another family. We cannot promise they are unique.
- We will not use your family's characters, books or songs in our marketing without asking you first.
- The ready-made characters and books, the games, the artwork and the app itself belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them inside the app.
7. Credits and payments
Creating characters, books and songs uses credits. How credits work, our refund promise and how subscriptions renew and cancel are set out on our Credits, refunds and subscriptions page, which forms part of these terms. In short:
- The app always shows the credit cost and asks you to confirm before anything is spent.
- If a creation fails on our side you can try again at no cost, and if we cannot deliver it we return the credits.
- Credits have no cash value outside the app and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Real-money payments are not switched on yet. While we are testing, any checkout is a practice screen and no money is taken.
8. Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
9. Keeping the app running
- We work hard to keep the app available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance, or because a service we rely on is unavailable. Generation can take a few minutes.
- We keep improving the app, so features, games and prices may change. If we make a change that significantly affects something you have already paid for, we will tell you and, where the law requires, offer you a remedy.
10. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using the app at any time, and you can delete your whole family account from the Account page. Deleting removes your characters, books, songs and kid profiles for good.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts children at risk, or misuses the service. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first and explain why.
- If we ever close the service, we will give you reasonable notice and deal with unused paid credits fairly, as the law requires.
11. Our responsibility to you
Apart from the guarantees and rights in section 8, which we cannot exclude, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaching these terms, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and ask you to accept it.
13. Complaints and the law that applies
If something goes wrong, please email support@littledreambuilders.com first and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you live elsewhere in Australia, you keep the protections of your own state or territory's laws.
