What happens next
- A person from our team looks at every report.
- We aim to reply within two business days, and much sooner if a child could be harmed.
- If the content breaks our rules or should not have been made, we remove it and tell you. If it was a mistake by the AI, we use it to improve our safety checks.
- You can delete anything in your library yourself at any time, without waiting for us.
Something more serious?
- If a child is in danger, call 000.
- To report serious online harm you can also contact the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au/report.
